“Hell hath no fury like a diva on a bad hair day. After Mariah Carey performed at the start of the live “Hills” premiere on MTV, she stuck around for the next three hours, rewatching herself on monitors.
Every time she saw herself, she started screaming at her hair stylist, who was standing next to her, about how bad her hair looked in various locations on her head.
“She found something new every time she watched the tape over again. Her stylist almost cried,” an MTV spy said.”

What could cause such a fit? A really bad hairstylist? Or to quote Mariah herself: “I’ve always had really low self-esteem, and I still do.” Hmmmmmmm?
