Ah… the perverse delight of Fall Haute Couture 06/07. Only JOHN GALLIANO at CHRISTAIN DIOR could mix Egyptian, medieval suits of amour, vintage 1940s, renaissance ladies in waiting, and goth punks. Galliano has admitted he was inspired by the S.F. drag troop the COCKETTES for some time now and makeup artist PAT McGRATH doesn’t disappoint with her interpretation this season. The Look: Two distinct directions for Fall 06. One requires pale matte skin with strong defined brows and lashes, gold eyeshadow, and deep berry lips. The other is a pale glowing golden face with rosy taupe shaded eyes.
